This carona virus pandemic has made me even more aware of how important it is to really take care of my health and to be more helpful with informing my family of very important information to also help them to become more aware of being healthy. I know I’m not the only one that is looking at this crisis as one of the wake up calls in life to really take better take care of ourselves to eat more healthier, to mentally do what it takes to feel great and just to overall live a better life.
Though I have my own thoughts and theories about what has been going on with the carona virus, the government and everything else, I will leave my opinions about all of that out of this post because whatever is going on, it is out of my control and I try to focus on my faith and solutions to help keep me sane and moving foward within my control. So this post will be about some of the solutions to try and prevent any virus or anything that may try to attack our body and health. This post is not necessarily soely about the carona virus, but about general informaton on preventive measures. So now let’s get into a little about viruses.
WHAT IS A VIRUS?
A virus is a submicroscopic infectious agent that replicates only inside the living cells of an organism, an infective agent that typical consists of a nucleic and acid molecule in a protein coat, it is able to multiply only within the living cells of a host. Viruses can infect all types of life forms, from animals and plants to microorganisms, including bacteria and archaea. Virus are non celluar made of a piece of DNA or RNA surrounded by a protein coat.
WHAT ARE DNA VIRUSES?
A DNA virus is a virus that has DNA as it’s genetic material and replicates using a DNA dependent DNA polymerase. The nucleic acid is usually double stranded DNA but may also be single stranded DNA.
WHAT ARE RNA VIRUSES?
An RNA virus is a virus that has RNA (ribonucleic Acid) as it’s genetic material (such as SARS, EBOLA, ZIKA, INFLUENZA A, CORONA and COVID-19). It may be either double or single stranded, a virus in which the genetic information is stored in the form of RNA (as oppose to DNA). RNA virus can alter it’s form, it changes to keep working in the body to take over. Once inside, the virus alters immune functions reducing the capacity of the immune cells to recognize and kill invading MICROBES.
WHAT ARE MICROBES?
MICROBES are tiny living things that are found all around us and are too small to be seen by the naked eye. They live in water, soil, and in the air. Some microbes make us sick, others are important for our health. The most common types are bacteria, viruses and fungi. There are also microbes called protozoa. MICROBES that are important for our health aide in intaking food and also thinking, MICROBES break down food in the digestive tract, it hardness energy and nutrients.
WHAT SHOULD WE FOCUS ON?
Our IMMUNE SYSTEM and DIGESTIVE SYSTEM is major key in fighting off harmful and deadly viruses and dis-eases. We must spend less time on tic tok and instagram and start researching how we can learn ways to detox our guts and heal our bodies naturally and stop relying on certain (NOT ALL BUT SOME) prescribed medications to give a quick fix for one thing, but it causes major damage to something else within our bodies then we have to be prescibed with other quick fix and the cycle continues until we leave this Earth. Our bodies are so amazing because it really does know how to heal itself, but when it needs a little help because of all the damage we’ve done and our environment has done, then we all should take the time to focus, really focus on what can help naturally.

- Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother)

- And of course drink plenty of FRESH WATER WATER WATER
