HOW DO WE USE WHAT WE LEARN AND APPLY IT ACCORDINGLY TO OUR LIVES EVEN WHEN THINGS APPEAR DIFFICULT ?

When you put the time and energy into learning something, usually it means you want to gain something from what you are learning or from whatever it is that you are putting your time and energy in, so that you can apply it towards your life to benefit you in some way. The same thing goes for learning about yourself and changing your life for the better. It’s not only about learning or knowing the information you take in, it’s about what you will do with that information. What actions you will take and apply them to your life? Getting through difficult times is just that, getting THROUGH, the problem is when some of us feel stuck in the DIFFICULT part of things we remain there, because some of us may think, feel and believe difficult means give up.

WHAT WILL YOU DO TO GET BACK ON YOUR FEET AND FEEL STRONG ENOUGH TO PUSH THROUGH, WHEN WILL YOU SAY ENOUGH IS ENOUGH?

YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK!!!

You have to put in that same time and energy you put into so many other things and put it into yourself by doing what it takes to be happy, work on you. Only you know when you have had enough of the same negative patterns that is affecting your life. You have to come to terms with how you feel about yourself, where you are in your life, where you want to be in your life and what changes need to be made to better your life, then do the work it takes to get there.

Doing the work means physically doing the things you need to do, to put yourself in a better place to experience happiness. It isn’t going to be easy but nothing in life worth having is easy to obtain, if that was the case we will all be perfect people walking around with everything we want without doing anything to get it. Well, we all know there are no perfect people and life isn’t always roses and sunshine and we all get faced with difficult situations, let downs, struggles or any other negative issue at some point in our lives, but the main objective is how we handle whatever life may throw at us to test our strength and character. There is a strength and mindset you have to  develop to be able to stay on track with the goals you set for yourself and for the life you want. When you’re ready to get serious with yourself and benefit from living life, then you’re ready to take life head on and change what you need to be happy. You will do the work it takes to defeat any and everything that tries to stop you because it will show in the actions you take.

You can’t keep taking in information and saying to yourself “I’m going to change” because the information is exciting and new to you in that moment and as the days goes by you do less and less to fix your situations, then you will feel bad about not doing anything so you again take in more information and again do nothing. It’s time to get serious about yourself and life so that your work and actions will line up. No matter how many times you fall trying to accomplish something, what truly matters is doing the work it takes to get back up again.

Put in the time and energy into yourself by doing the work to get things done, make an effort to build the future you want and see for yourself. You will see the progression of your work when you commit to the things needed to change, so do the work and see them through.
