She offers this mental exercise with the world to help encourage.This exercise is a great way to remove all the lies we tell ourselves and in removing these lies we can begin to build confidence and embrace the truth of ourselves, I especially think it’s a great exercise for women dealing with emotional issues that can sometimes strip away self love and confidence.
