In reaching your goals and reaching them in a timely manner, you should always remember to stay focused on the out come of the things you’re aiming for. This will help when things may start to move slow and it will prevent you from giving up.
HOW TO SET AND ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOALS
Decide what it is that you want to accomplish. You want to know exactly what you want to go after.
Sit, think and begin to write out a list of goals, think of the things you would like to do it could be things you want to experience, a business you may want to start, a course you would like to take, maybe you want to find better employment or maybe your goals are things you put off because it was overwhelming to get them done. What ever your goals are, you should write them down. Writing them down helps you see them everyday and really presents the commitment in staying on course to accomplish your goals. Sorta like a contract to yourself.
As you are writing out your goals, you should also have full details and steps you’re going to take to accomplish these goals. Your steps should be things pertaining to your goal, for example, locating a school to take up a course, plan to attend social gatherings to network, print up some business cards, make a better resume, open a savings account, etc.
Basically your steps are your “GOAL TO DO LIST”.
* You should also think about and write down different options you can take if you should happen to run into an obstacle. One thing to remember with this is, obstacles are only TEMPORARY this is not a dead end. Make sure you’re motivated and have encouraging people around you so that if you are faced with difficulties you will be confident enough to find other ways to get through them so you don’t give up and you can continue on to achieve your goals.
Your goals are not alive until you make an effort to physically do something to obtain them, Until you do this your goals are just wishes.
Once you have a clear mind and made a decision on what it is you want to accomplish and you completed your detail steps on how you plan to do it (Your GOAL TO DO LIST), In order to make it all come to life and real, you have to get out there and get moving to begin to bring actions towards these goals.
Everyday do SOMETHING to push yourself closer to reaching these goals. Don’t worry you can take small actions because you don’t want to get overwhelmed or push yourself extremely hard, small actions are better than no actions at all, know that eventually those small actions will begin to roll into bigger actions with bigger opportunities and before you know it your goals are accomplished and you’re ready to go after the next set of visions and goals for your life.
